Both the work and service Fusion has provided us has been great. We had Kevin and his team re-insulate our home and add a ridge vent. The work was completed on time and without any issues. 4 years later we had a minor issue and didn’t know if it had anything to do with the ridge vent (it didn’t), but even after 4 years, Kevin came out to check. That is great customer service. Fusion has provided us with a really good customer experience and I would use them again.

The crew showed up when expected, did a good job, took care of an issue (No trouble), cleaned up, and left. They did a big job in a day and a half, we were pleased.

Drew and Kevin are hands down the Best Roofing team in the Cincinnati area, From the estimate to the job completion a True smooth stream line production. They use only top quality materials and their team is Very Very Good. Good is a understatement they are GREAT. I hired Fusion to replace some fallen shingles and re-attach an awning. They did excellent work, highly recommended. I had to give only 4 stars because of a lack of communication about their time of arrival to my premise. They were supposed to come in the morning, but arrived in the afternoon.

Fantastic, professional job done by Kevin and the rest of the team! From getting the estimate through the roof replacement to clean-up, I couldn’t have asked for more. I would recommend Fusion Roofing without hesitation.

Fusion rebuilt my metal box gutters as well as educated me on how box gutters work, contract & expand with temperatures changes and also fixed a pesky leak I’ve had for a couple years.
